- Completion of the twelfth 12th) school grade including business subjects with emphasis on subjects related to the area of specialization or completion of an appropriate certificate program from an approved business school/college
- Minimum of three 3 years progressively responsible experience in the area of specialization

Conditions of employment:
- Current Intermediate First Aid and CPR are required prior to commencing employment

Join our dynamic team as the Facility Booking and Allocation Lead for City of Edmonton Community Recreation and Culture! In this role you will provide exceptional clients processes and lead the day to day facility bookings at the Kinsmen Sports Centre and Coronation Park Sports and Recreation Centre. The Community Services Department strives for excellent service delivery to the citizens of Edmonton. Your success will be measured by your ability to achieve timely results in the context of a respectful inclusive and serviceminded style.
What you will do:
- Fully manage the endtoend booking process at the Kinsmen Sports Centre (KSC) including for all aquatic fieldhouse and meeting room assets
- Collaborate with user groups central bookings team and on site staff to ensure that client bookings are aligned with the intended usage of the facility
- Support and / or lead the development of bookings related operational guidelines processes and procedures for the facility
- Manage the rental and/or use of space within the facility using City of Edmonton approved facility booking system (Intelligenz or equivalent)
- Create and manage facility licenses for special events and user groups including cost evaluation and account reconciliation
- Assist in the organization and implementation of public & allocation meetings
- Maintain working relationships and communication with various internal and external stakeholders
- Support the highperformance pathway program and Kinsmens dual mandate
- Enter statistical information maintain records and generate reports
- Negotiate and resolve conflicts with individuals and/or groups
- Review business processes and implement change as required
- Perform other related duties as required
