Role description (Leader):
- Build and structure the sales team to scale nationally and internationally
- Responsible for 200K MRR target 10 YoY growth)
- Deal size: 2K50K ARR 1 deal/day 43day sales cycle
- HubSpot in place 60 inbound leads/month 50 close rate
- International expansion: pilot customers in Germany and France initial coverage from Belgium
- Set up a SaaS sales engine (hunter/farmer model outbound/inbound strategy crosssell approach)

Salary range & secondary benefits:
