Job Description
Pleasantville Community School District seeks to fill the following anticipated vacancy for theschool year:
Family Consumer Science Teacher (FCS)
Pleasantville High School is in search of a highly qualified candidate who is studentcentered values collaboration with colleagues and has a strong desire to learn and grow as an educator.
This position is primarily high school but includes two periods of junior high instruction 7th & 8th).
Qualified candidates should hold a valid Iowa teaching license with an endorsement in 512 Family & Consumer Sciences General or have the ability to acquire necessary endorsements. Ability to teach courses as dual enrollment through DMACC is a plus.
