What Youll Do
- Compile and compose various reports in support of department objectives
- Check and review records and/or processes for accuracy and make corrections as needed
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone email and face to face interactions with coworkers and customers
- Utilize various reporting systems and computer applications to input and review data
- Accurately follow directions both written and verbal
- Be flexible to work overtime as dictated by the business
- Organize and prioritize large volumes of information
- Respond to questions as needed
- Focus and remain on task in a fast paced environment
- Adhere to NM Safety standards
- Other tasks as directed by Manager/Supervisor
- Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments
What You Bring
- High school diploma
- One year of administrative experience
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite Programs(Word Power Point and Excel).
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
- Be flexible to work overtime as dictated by the business
- Ability to follow directions with minimum supervision
- Ability to work effectively on a team and independently
Essential Physical Requirements
- May require use of voice activated headset
- May require pushing pulling bending stooping kneeling and/or lifting up to 50lbs in a warehouse environment.
