The Professional Services Engineer at Egress is a key technical resource supporting postsales activities and customer success. This role combines product expertise with strong customer relationship skills to ensure successful implementation configuration and ongoing support of Egress solutions. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of the Egress product portfolio excellent troubleshooting abilities and the capacity to work closely with customers to maximize the value of their purchased solutions.
KnowBe4 has recently acquired Egress a recognized leader in integrated cloud email security to drive innovation in AIpowered human risk management.
