About the role:
- Acting fort wide range of clients such as financial advisors trustees mortgage originators fintechs etc.
- Work on major domestic & crossborder transactions and complex financial structures including crossborder securitizations.
The ideal candidate:
- Lawyer with at least 3 PQE and proven experience structured finance securitisation and derivatives.
- A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university underpinned by strong academic records.
- Excellent communication analytical and drafting skills.
- Commercially astute capable of speaking and building relationships with clients.
- A team player capable of working autonomously.
