Job Details:
IT/AudioVideo Channel Partner Sales Manager (Software & IT Hardware)
Identify recruit enable Train and manage channel partners to support business goals through telephone calls targeted email campaigns and corporate marketing programsTraining and Product presentations and Demos to drive revenue growth and expand our footprint across the region.
Support partners in their growth by ensuring they have the appropriate training and enablement of PeopleLink & InstaVC company products
Act as PeopleLink ambassador in supporting partner events such as partner roadshowstradeshows conferences meetups partner summits etc. along with marketing events
Employ a Partner Ecosystem Strategy that includes (G)SIs Regional SIs Referral Partners ISPs Tech AlliancesCloud Service Providers Value Added Resellers (VARs) Large Account Resellers (LARs) MDRs System Integrators .
Create manage and advance accounts leads and opportunities in companys Zoho CRM system and provide accurate sales activity and forecasts.
Schedule and conduct meetings with existing and new channel accounts.
Participate in sales and technology training and Provide partners and customers with the highest standard of customer service to ensure successful pre and postsale experience for both the Partner and the customer.
Effectively work with cross functional teams in the organization including but not limited to operations marketing programs and customer success
Relevant software & IT industry experience in IT systems enterprise or infrastructure management
Gain access to decisionmakers of the organization CIO/CISO/CTO level helping build up the additional business scope with them.
Conduct Daily 57 Meetings/Trainings with channel Partners to grow Sales.
Qualifications:
10 years of proven track record of sales experience in channel sales.
Working knowledge of the AudioVideo Software SaaS or IT Sales Industry.
Strong communication skills are required in written verbal and visual media.
Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
Excellent problemsolving abilities and capable of resolving contract and product issues.
A high degree of independent judgment.

Job Type: Fulltime
Schedule: Monday to Friday 40 hours minimum and Weekend availability over phone and emails.
Ability to commute: Although the work location is remote work from home however the selected candidate must be open to travel to meet with clients & partners and handle the Full sales cycle from the inbound conversion through an initial close and then postsale account management for should have own work from home office set up with good Internet laptop and working phone line to make calls.
You must have proper authorization and permit to work travel and drive in USA.
