Job Description
STU AST CLERICAL & ADMIN
The Office of Student Financial Aid and Scholarships is currently seeking a Student Assistant to join its Federal Programs team. In this role you will support Financial Aid Coordinators with a range of tasks including data entry using Microsoft Excel while gaining valuable experience in financial aid processing.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Review and sort incoming custodial scholarship mail.
- Scan mail documents.
- Audit and alphabetize scholarship check information.
- Assist with outreach and cases.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
This position will begin in Spring 2025 and will continue through subsequent semesters.
$13/hour
- Must be a current UF student
- Must be eligible for Federal Work Study
- Available through Summer 2025
- Working knowledge of iOS operating system
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Teamoriented with a collaborative approach
- Available to work 1520 hours a week
