Job Description
- 6 month Secondment and Permanent Change Consultant opportunities
- Bring your transformational change knowledge and/or experience
- Open to candidates in Melbourne Sydney or Brisbane
- Make your impact planning and facilitating change across PB in a highly engaged team
In this Consultant Change role reporting to the Portfolio Change Manager you will
- Work closely with the team to support and contribute to the completion of change management lifecycle activities
- Complete Change Impact Assessment and assessing organisational readiness for change
- Managing and tracking the Transition Plan for the program/project.
- Change Strategy supporting the program/project detailing the overall change management approach key activities resource requirements and costs.
- Stakeholder Management working with key stakeholders involved in the program/project.
- Support the design of Communication Strategy and Plan and its delivery
- Training Delivery contribute to the training needs analysis and plan the delivery of training requirement associated with the Change delivery.
What you will bring:
- Experience in Agile Change Delivery & Transformation ideally in complex environment
- Prosci qualified will be highly regarded
- Excellent organisational skills and delivery of project plans
- Experienced in influencing key stakeholders to ensure initiatives/projects are completed on time on budget and with desired user outcomes
- Training design and delivery experience will be advantageous
