The Celebrations & Gifting Team is seeking a detailoriented and resultsdriven Categy Analyst to support our Front Store Merchandising organization. In this position you will play a critical role in shaping the customer experience across 7000 stores. You will be instrumental in delivering the best products and promotions to our customers by leveraging strong analytical skills to evaluate sales trends identify opportunities and optimize merchandising strategies.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive innovative solutions and enhance our product offerings and promotional effectiveness. You will solve complex problems develop actionable insights and create mitigation strategies to address business challenges.


Required Qualifications

  • 1 years experience using pricing/promotional strategies including customer research problem definition prototype development and iteration etc. in a retail and/or corporate environment
  • Prior experience analyzing and synthesizing data
  • Prior experience analyzing market trends successfully building reports and dashboards to communicate data trends and forecasts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Travel up to 10 travel may be required based on needs of the business



Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Market Research Analyst (CMRA) preferred.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43888.00 $93574.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual fulltime salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience education geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus commission or shortterm incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
