The Senior Manager Data Product is a managerial role who will report to the Director of Product as a pivotal role for implementing a data foundation solution for CMX with cross functional partners such as Marketing Sales Operations Data Engineering and Data Science. This position requires an experienced individual with a proven track record in programmatic media selfservice solutions and product management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership:Define product vision strategy and development of suite of ads data products.
  • Product Leadership: Utilize your product knowledge customer feedback and relevant data to assess value build business cases and prioritize effectively. Lead product discovery and maintain a roadmap and backlog focused on highimpact work for advertisers merchants and stakeholders.
  • Product Roadmap: Manage product roadmaps align business and technical needs analyze customer and product data turn customer insights into actionable initiatives determine rollout strategy and manage risks. maintain and refine the product backlog (create user stories & acceptance criteria) while prioritizing the backlog to focus on the highest impact.
  • Collaborative Innovation: Build strong relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps and gaining buyin from executive leadership. Partner with Data Science Engineering and other CVS partners to define data requirements
  • Data Transformation Layer Management: Oversee the data transformation processes ensuring efficient and accurate transformation enrichment and normalization of data for reporting.
  • Crossfunctional Collaboration:Collaborate with engineering analytics insights and media teams to align data strategies and ensure seamless integration with adserving platforms.
  • Data as a Service (DaaS):Develop strategies to offer data as a service to internal and external stakeholders ensuring flexible and scalable access to highquality data sets.
  • Data Foundation Development: Support design and implementation of scalable and robust data infrastructure that supports realtime & batch data processing and analytics.
  • Data Quality and Governance: Work with Engineering to establish and enforce data quality frameworks and governance policies to ensure data integrity and reliability.
  • Industry Expertise: Partner with Product Marketing to conduct industry and competitive analyses to deeply understand emerging trends in advertising measurement to inform product roadmap.

This role is work at home flexible. It can be based remotely in the U.S. or near one of our Corporate Hubs. If you are commutable to one of the following Corporate Hubs you must work in the office 3 or more days a week:

Boston MA

Wellesley MA

Woonsocket RI

New York Soho area NY

Chicago IL

Blue Bell PA

Required Qualifications

  • 7 years of experience in programmatic media and selfservice DSPs
  • 5 years experience in product strategy or project management
  • 5 years experience in conducting data analysis.
  • 3 years of experience managing a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of programmatic media
  • Proven experience with selfservice platforms ad tech and programmatic integrations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively within a team and across functions.
  • Interpersonal skills as well as strong initiative and selfmotivation and the ability to work both independently within a customerservice oriented environment.

Education

Bachelors degree in relevant fieldsor equivalent (HS Diploma 4 yrs experience) required.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$82940.00 $199144.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual fulltime salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience education geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus commission or shortterm incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the companys equity award program.
