As a Sr. Manager Client Insights & Strategy you will consult directly with our healthfocused/ pharmaceutical clients to guide strategic audience design campaign performance/ measurement and insights for key verticals within CVS Media Exchange. The individual will play a lead role in working with our sales and clients ensuring that CMX media strategies are insightdriven datainformed and aligned with client business objectives. This role will consult directly with our clients clearly communicating CMX data differentiators delivering campaign analyses using data to recommend campaign optimizations capturing learnings to refine strategies and delivering support for business outcomes. The right candidate is passionate about using data to tell the performance story and uncovering new opportunities to drive our clients business at CVS. You will work collaboratively across sales account management operations business intelligence and data science teams to develop and apply best practices share learnings and ensure that CMX is viewed as a strategic partner to our clients.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Act as key client partner: understand strategy create clientready presentations present at meetings and respond to feedback. Provide strategic guidance to optimize marketing campaigns to meet client objectives
  • Consult with clients to define and answer their most important business questions advising on how to best leverage data on media & marketing investments to drive business results
  • Deliver thought leadership on audience measurement and advanced analytics. Guide development and management of clients data driven marketing by educating clients on how data and tech can help unlock consumer insights and activation/engagement
  • Leverage CMXs proprietary data and platform to develop media marketing strategies that align with clients business objectives and media KPIs.
  • Manage process of defining target audiences share data w/ clients track/compile performance reports on audience groups. Identify channels tactics data sources 1P 2P and 3P) to maximize campaign results.
  • Partner with Media Team to build robust fully integrated media plans across platforms; aligned with campaign objectives and overall client strategy (across paid owned earned media).
  • Serve as subject matter expert on campaign performance its effectiveness key drivers and associated insights while using various tools/solutions developed by partner data science teams
  • Author clientfacing reports (CPRs) communicate recommendations to client stakeholders lead client reporting calls with expert data storytelling and provide ongoing support.
  • Serve as clientfacing subject matter expert on advanced marketing measurement methods ensure these are appropriately planned and executed

Required:

  • 5 years experience in audience consultation media measurement data driven marketing and/or digital marketing campaign results delivery
  • 1 years of previous management experience

Preferred:

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of digital media analytics and experience working with syndicated and first party data
  • Experience in multiple digital media channels (programmatic social search CTV DOOH etc.
  • Comprehensive understanding of media metrics (e.g. impression CTR CPM etc. measurement analytics (e.g. sales lift) and quantitative business measures (e.g. LTV ROI Effectiveness etc.
  • Experience in Healthcare Marketing (provider pharmaceutical etc.
  • Excellent written verbal communication and presentation skills including the ability to develop storytelling presentation decks. Proven experience working with senior level clients
  • Excellent organizational interpersonal and leadership skills. Proven success in collaborating across multiple teams handling multiple high priority projects in a fastpaced setting

Education:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent (HS Diploma 4 years of relevant experience) required.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$82940.00 $199144.80


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual fulltime salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience education geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus commission or shortterm incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the companys equity award program.
