IMDb is seeking a selfdriven highly organized customer obsessed Executive Assistant to support the CEO of IMDb and Director of IMDb Worldwide Comms. With over 250 million monthly users IMDb is the worlds most trusted source for movies TV and celebrities. This role requires strong planning and communication skills. The right candidate will have a strong bias for action and the ability to operate proactively and strategically anticipating needs based on a thorough understanding of leadership and team priorities. Looking around corners impeccable attention to detail strong judgement and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple requests across global teams are all critical to success. A high level of integrity and discretion handling confidential information and professionalism dealing with senior executives inside and outside the company is important. This role acts a valued member of the leadership team coordinating frequently with EA peers and other partners across Amazon. A teamoriented approach is a must as is flexibility and a willingness to turn on a dime taking effective action as priorities shift. This is a Seattle based inoffice role.
Key job responsibilities
Complex calendar management and coordination for highlevel internal and external meetings
Seamlessly manage all aspects of domestic and international travel itineraries including expense report submission
Partner closely with leadership and key business partners to provide holistic support to the team including proactive planning and support for rhythm of the business cycles and other operational mechanisms
Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on action items
Coordinate and communicate effectively with a variety of groups including peers internal stakeholders and entertainment industry professionals

A day in the life
Every day is different but a typical day will involve managing a high volume of email coordinating with EAs across the organization to schedule often complex high priority meetings and partnering closely with the leadership team on various initiatives and events. Working in a highly ambiguous environment you will complete tasks and projects quickly and with little to no guidance taking effective action without having to know the whole picture.
5 years of senior level leadership support or 4 years of Amazon experience
Experience with executive level calendar management
Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
High school or equivalent diploma
Experience in a fastpaced hightech company
Experience leading process improvements
Experience handling administrative details independently while exercising good judgment in keeping team members adequately informed

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
