Job Summary

Job Description

Key Accountabilities:
Understand the functions of various IT applications.
Discuss with key stakeholders to determine Key Performance Indicators
Understand database table schema and relationships
Ability to interpret data perform data analysis and data validation
Develop excellent Data visualizations using tools PowerBI.
Facilitate meetings with team members to shadow/record detailed system information
Update knowledge database with information captured and documented in shadowing sessions
Follow department documentation templates and standards
Schedule quality check and review meetings with stakeholders
Provide weekly status updates to the project team
Participate in peertopeer trainings and reviews
Adhere to project documentation deadlines

Qualifications:
Currently enrolled fulltime in an accredited university
o Junior or Senior academic standing
Business Management Information Systems Computer Science or any degree in the related fields
o 3.0 or higher GPA
Ability to think critically and keep up in a fastpaced environment is critical
The ideal candidate will have a passion for business and technology
Interest to learn data and create appealing Visualizations. Understanding of MS Power Platform.
Strong communication research and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft O365 suite; Word PowerPoint Outlook Teams and Excel
Selfmotivated competitive assertive
Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
Willingness to take feedback and iterate on dashboards.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Willingness to learn new tools technologies and processes
