The Senior Project Manager joins the MUSC Enterprise Office of Communications and Marketing (OCM) to manage new project intake facilitate crossfunctional collaboration amongst project stakeholders optimize customer success and manage vendorrelated marketing campaigns from design through to delivery. This role supports the following functional areas: Marketing Brand Communications Digital Web and Community Outreach. This role exists to initiate projects with success maximize crossfunctional collaboration optimize throughput and maintain oversight to ensure customer satisfaction while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.Entity

Job Description
The Senior Project Manager governs the intake process and evaluates requests to compile project information and conduct a handoff to the project owner and stakeholders for project . Additional responsibilities include development and use of dashboard analytics to assess project performance manage resources evaluate processes and technologies for continuous improvement and deliver exceptional customer service. This role will also be responsible for managing vendorrelated marketing campaigns to help MUSC departments meet their strategic goals and objectives.
Customers cover the full MUSC Enterprise: Health Research and Academic divisions.
This is an inperson position.

Education: Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Work Experience: 7 years progressive work experience and 2 years management experience.

Ability to maintain 20/40 vision corrected in one eye or with both eyes. (Continuous) Ability to see and recognize objects close at hand or at a distance.
