The Opportunity
As part of the Information Technology Operations team you support the maintenance and
troubleshooting of frm applications leveraging your broad knowledge of business functions to
address critical technology challenges. As a Senior Associate you analyze complex problems
mentor junior team members and uphold exemplary standards while building meaningful client
relationships and navigating ambiguity. This role requires profciency in ITIL service management
principles Microsoft Azure and application support with a focus on delivering technical
solutions and enhancing documentation.
Responsibilities
Provide maintenance and support for frm applications
Utilize ITIL service management principles to address technology issues
Build and maintain meaningful client relationships
Improve and update documentation for technical solutions
Navigate ambiguity to deliver exceptional work
What You Must Have
High School Diploma
2 years of experience and thorough knowledge in application based troubleshooting
ITIL Certifcation ServiceNow CSA and/or Certifed Application Developer (CAD)
What Sets You Apart
Bachelors Degree in Information Technology preferred
Demonstrating experience in application support with ITIL principles
Possessing documentation skills to enhance documentation
Using domain knowledge to identify areas of fault
Delivering technical diagnosis and solution prescription
Specialization with industryleading ticketing systems
Demonstrating analytical skills and application/business knowledge
Managing multiple confecting deadlines and priorities
Building and maintaining relationships within the team
