Performs and coordinates incident management and tracking responsibilities. Reviews outstanding problems to ensure proper documentation and escalation procedures are being followed. Provides technical assistance and support to staff who are assisting endusers. Performs more difficult and complex work in providing technical assistance to system users for network related problems. This level requires an indepth understanding of a wide variety of technologies and maintaining specific technical systems. These technologies include network circuits advanced monitoring systems network hardware (switches and routers) wireless control systems firewalls and advanced security configurations. Educates and mentors staff members on how to deliver superior customer service. Another key component of this job includes effective communication skills to effectively document organize and disseminate information to various audiences. Authorized to independently make decisions regarding routine daily work in a structured supervised setting.
