The ACES Data Analyst will be an operations partner responsible for driving key analysis opportunities across the Australian Fulfillment Center network. This includes responsibility for operational metrics reporting forecasting and analysis. The successful candidate will be strategic analytical and have the demonstrated ability to effectively manage the performance of a highgrowth business.
The candidate will also be able to show capacity to create and drive actionable insights from data available within the Fulfillment network in Australia
Key job responsibilities
Perform operational reporting adhoc business analyses and appropriate modeling.
Develop evaluation framework for the network to invest in various continuous improvement initiatives
Contribute to business decisions by providing insightful analysis and methodical consideration for the endtoend impact to systems tools and ongoing support requirements.
Identify opportunities and drive automation in existing manual process
Develop ad hoc business analysis and present recommendations to senior management on strategic decisions and planned future initiatives.
Facilitate the Business reviews with data analysis and follow through with business leaders on actionable items
Bachelors degree in relevant field
Advanced knowledge of Excel.
Advanced analytical skills and an ability to work independently in a fastpaced ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.
Expertise in SQL/Quicksight (or equivalent Amazon applicable data sources)
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
