Job Description
SkillBridge Provider: Vets2PM LLC
Location:Baton Rouge LA
About Elekta:
- To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required. Employees must be able to read speak write and comprehend the English language.
- Associates Degree or equivalent experience preferably in Electronics Physics or an associated discipline is required; Bachelors Degree is preferred.
- Possess good electromechanical aptitude and problem solving skills.
- Must be computer literate.
- Proficiency in the use of test equipment and hand tools including oscilloscopes and multimeters.
- Possess a good understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices including ESD (electrostatic discharge) requirements.
- Must have effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Must possess exceptional customer service skills.
- Must be selfmotivated an have a cando attitude.
- Ability to prioritize workload.
- Ability to work independently and in team environments.
- Ability to represent the organization in a professional and positive manner.
- Flexible and adaptive; Can take direction.
- Ability to organize and prepare reports and meet administrative deadlines.
- Willing to travel and work unsociable hours.
- Uphold Elektas philosophy and all policies and procedures by maintaining appropriate controls to assure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations thereby fulfilling legal responsibilities and enhancing the quality of Elektas organization.
- Must maintain an active drivers license in home state.

- Mentorship and guidance via weekly SkillBridge Intern Zoom Meetings.
- PM Fundamentals course Resume writing LinkedIn optimization and interview skills course.
- Other free resources including an electronic copy of How to Speak Civilian Fluently.
