Our Investor Economics team is hiring here at ISS Stoxx! Are you ready to take your account management skills to the next level We seek a dynamic and driven individual to join our ISS team as an Account Executive. In this role you will be crucial in providing strategic and tactical account and relationship management to our esteemed Canadian clients. As an Account Executive you will be the key coordinator between internal and external stakeholders ensuring our clients fully grasp our value narrative. Collaborating closely with our product groups you will define strategic goals identify revenue growth opportunities and develop account retention strategies to foster longterm client relationships. Your exceptional communication skills will shine as you engage with clients through various channels.

Your expertise in best practices for new business growing and maintaining client relationships will be highly soughtafter and will contribute to our overall success. In this role you will be part of a team that manages the revenue success of our renowned Investor Economics solution. Investor Economics an ISS Market Intelligence Company is a respected industry leader providing thought leadership factbased measurement and analysis of Canadas retail financial services and wealth management industries. Through our thought leadership and research we create benchmarks identify emerging trends and offer growth projections that financial services organizations widely utilize.

One of the most exciting aspects of this position is the opportunity to collaborate with Csuite and executive leaders in the Canadian financial services industry. You will work closely with the senior leadership teams at ISS Market Intelligence reporting directly to them. Moreover as Investor Economics partners with major players in the financial services sector including the bigsix banks regional banks credit unions insurance companies asset managers and wealth managers your work will significantly shape the industry landscape.

What youll do

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with clients while continuously promoting the usage of Investor Economics and other MI products to ensure client retention and grow relationships.
  • Driving complete enterprise sales process from identification to proposal to negotiation to close within assigned territory.
  • Planning and prioritizing activity and sales pipeline to achieve goals with an emphasis on efficiency productivity and forecast accuracy.
  • Partnering across executive contacts and sales management to develop and deliver tailored business cases demonstrating the value or ROI for our solutions to existing clients and prospects.
  • Presenting solutions and services benefits through inperson visits at prospect offices at industry conferences and via webbased demonstrations when appropriate.
  • Deepen and grow client relationships to identify and deliver crossproduct solutions.
  • Partner with executive leadership business development marketing client success and marketing to develop dynamic sales campaigns to promote existing and new products to N.A. markets.
  • Liaise with client success and product specialist teams to identify and monitor potential client dissatisfaction and develop a client retention strategy.
  • Work closely with the executive leadership team to monitor business performance forecasting and support business planning.

What were looking for

  • Knowledge of the Canadian financial services landscape with a specific understanding of retail products (mutual funds ETFs) and distribution channels (directtoclient intermediated).
  • Ability to prospect new business within the Canadian financial services industry
  • Strong client engagement skills and ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels within the client organization.
  • Strong analytical verbal written communication and presentation skills required.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative team environment.
  • 37 Years of experience with enterprise software new sales account management and customer service.
  • Ability to prospect new business within the Canadian financial services industry
  • The ability to work well under pressure shows creativity and welcomes complex challenges.
  • Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities quickly and efficiently
  • Microsoft Suite power user (Team Office PowerPoint Excel and Outlook) as well as Salesforce.
