We are seeking an experienced customerfocused Senior Product Manager Technical for the Amazon Shopper Panel team. The Amazon Shopper Panel is a consumerfacing application that supports Amazon Ads Measurement. This role will play a pivotal part in helping scale Shopper panel capabilities and to launch new geographies. These upgrades will enable advertisers to measure analyze and optimize their campaigns across Amazon Ads. By delivering performance reporting and actionable insights our team empowers global advertisers to connect their media investments with real customer outcomes. As part of the Amazon Shopper Panel team you will define the strategy roadmap and delivery of technical solutions designed to scale panelist participation across multiple programs and locales. You will collaborate closely with engineering data science and design teams to build robust datadriven reporting products. You will help build advertiserfacing measurement to help them understand the effectiveness of their campaigns identify optimization opportunities and drive tangible business outcomes. Your responsibilities will include working backward from the customer to identify needs partnering with engineering to build scalable eventdriven architectures to process billions of impressions and conversions daily and driving adoption through close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering datadriven products at scale with strong analytical and problemsolving skills. They will have excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling them to effectively influence stakeholders and drive crossfunctional collaboration.
2 years of end to end product delivery experience
5 years of technical product or program management experience
Bachelors degree
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience managing technical products or online services
Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executivelevel prioritization and planning
Experience in using analytical tools such as Tableau Qlikview QuickSight
Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
