Be part of our client s team as a Helpdesk Technician where you ll support internal systems solve tech issues and manage service tickets. You ll play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly for users so business and people don t miss a beat.

Employment Type: Fulltime
Shift: Tuesday to Saturday 12:00 AM 9:00 AM
Work Setup: Onsite (Makati / Ortigas / Quezon City) or Open to WFH
What Youll Be Handling: DaytoDay Tasks
- Maintain the integrity of internal systems and provide technical support for system and enduser issues
- Manage service tickets using Service Desk Plus
- Acknowledge and respond to assigned service tickets within the agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
- Update and close tickets promptly following established ticket management procedures
- Demonstrate application knowledge of:
- Office 365 and Office 365 Administration
- Microsoft Windows 10 and 11
- Windows Defender Microsoft Teams Outlook and Office
- Perform network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common issues
- Respond to user inquiries regarding access to network resources from enduser devices to network infrastructure
- Set up network users user environments directories and security for both corporate and remote networks
- Provide support for Microsoft technologies including:
- Active Directory Azure Active Directory Intune MDM
- Windows Server Exchange SharePoint and 365 Defender
- Execute implementation tasks for companyapproved software and hardware
- Monitor system alerts and notifications daily and respond accordingly via service tickets
- Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers for support when needed
- Ensure compliance with IT operating procedures and service standards
- Complete assigned special projects
- Perform additional duties as needed

Educational Background & Experience

- One to two years of relevant experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Language & Communication Proficiency
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents business publications and regulations
- Capable of writing reports business correspondence and manuals
- Skilled in presenting and responding to customer and internal inquiries effectively
- Proficient in English (reading writing speaking)
Math & Analytical Skills
- Ability to perform basic and advanced mathematical functions (add subtract multiply divide compute percentages and ratios)
Critical Thinking & Reasoning
- Ability to apply logical thinking to instructions in written oral or diagram format
- Skilled at troubleshooting issues with multiple variables
Technical & Computer Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft technologies:
- Active Directory Azure Active Directory Intune MDM Microsoft 365
- Windows 7 11 Windows Server 2008 & 2012 Exchange SharePoint
- Familiar with Cisco networking products: Meraki switches routers firewalls access points and Umbrella
- Knowledge of security platforms and data backup/recovery configurations
