Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers invites you to join our dedicated team. Were seeking a patientfocused technician to deliver lifechanging TMS and esketamine therapies in our welcoming outpatient centers. This is a wonderful opportunity to grow your skills receive specialized training and truly connect with patients. Fulltime MondayFriday 8hour shifts between 7am7pm. Primarily East Havenbased with occasional regional support.

Your Role:

  • Provide comprehensive patient care: Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines meticulously monitor patient responses administer and record psychiatric rating scales and proactively address patient discomfort.
  • Ensure patient wellbeing and accurate recordkeeping: Deliver empathetic and supportive care maintain accurate EHR and manage patient scheduling checkin checkout and financial procedures.
  • Support operational efficiency: Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.

What Were Looking For:

  • Minimum: High School Diploma Associate Degree Medical Assistant certification or equivalent clinical certification combined with substantial relevant work experience.
  • Preferred: Bachelors Degree in Psychology Social Work or any Human Services related major; and at least one year of work experience in healthcare preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR systems (AdvancedMD and SalesForce preferred).
  • Knowledge of insurance payers and medical necessity guidelines (a plus).
  • Strong clinical interviewing skills.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (training provided).
