Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelors degree from a recognized accredited college or university a masters degree preferred
  2. Valid Texas teaching certificate
  3. A minimum of three 3 years of successful experience as a classroom teacher is required

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

Probationary/Term Contract: 187 days

The position is open to current CFISD employees and external applicants.

SALARY:

Pay Grade T60 (Teacher Classification) as approved by the Board of Trustees

FUNCTIONS:

  1. Coordinate order materials provide training and maintain confidentiality and test security for all assessments within the federal and state assessment program platforms.
  2. Ensure data integrity as related to district and state testing and accountability systems.
  3. Train and maintain staff certification records regarding procedures and guidelines of the federal and state assessment programs.
  4. Work with campus staff to identify students needs to maintain an appropriate testing program (i.e. accommodations schedules etc..
  5. Assist the principal and other building administrators with the interpretation and distribution of all assessment results.
  6. Report to the district state assessment coordinator for training and updates.
  7. Perform other jobrelated duties as requested.
  8. Regular and reliable attendance is an essential job function.

Tools/Equipment Used: Standard office equipment including personal computer and peripherals
Posture: Prolonged sitting; frequent standing stooping bending pulling and pushing
Motion: Repetitive hand motionsfrequent keyboarding and use of a mouse; frequent movement of test booklets media equipment desks and other classroom equipment.

Lifting:Lifting and carrying (up to 40 pounds)
Environment: Frequent districtwide travel
Mental Demands: Work with frequent interruptions; maintain emotional control under stress
