As part of the founding team in Gothenburg you will play a key role in building up our presence in Sweden. Together with a small dedicated team you will actively shape our sales activities open up new business areas and help establish INVENSITY as a trusted engineering consultancy in the Scandinavian market. Youll operate with the freedom and mindset of a startup backed by the expertise and structure of a global company.
What can you expect
Be a pioneer: Drive INVENSITYs market entry in Scandinavia by identifying and acquiring strategic cooperation partners in the automotive software and systems development industries
Proactively acquire new B2B clients through cold calling personalized email outreach and by following up on warm leads
Deliver compelling sales presentations and service demo to potential clients showcasing the value of INVENSITYs engineering and technology expertise
Manage the sales pipeline from first contact to to closing the deal
Develop networking strategies and represent INVENSITY to decision makers in the industry including attending relevant events and conferences
Work closely with our engineering consultants and global experts to unlock client potential and create tailored solutions
Your profile
Bachelors degree or higher in business sales management or a related field ideally first firsthand experience in client acquisition (e.g. cold calling prospecting)
Driven and persistent when coldcalling and generating new business opportunities from scratch
Excited about the green field and passionate about building something new
Eager to take ownership and actively shape INVENSITYs growth in the Scandinavian region
Strong communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify industry needs and connect with relevant players
Enthusiastic for new technologies and their potential impact on the industry
Fluent in English and Swedish
Willingness to travel as needed
