About the role
The Associate Engineer is the first point of contact for our customers where you will provide first level support through ITSM Ticker Instant messaging and email to ensure they can access and use their tools and systems.
Salary range: $95102.00$107905.00
Daytoday the successful applicantwill have the opportunity to:
- Working within NOC perform Incident and Service Admin activities.
- Participate in Linux Builds and Deployment Projects.
- Have an opportunity to automate Linux server management processes using CI/CD concepts.
If you have strong problemsolving skills professionalism and an innate ability to communicate with others this role is for you. With opportunity to support multiple technologies including:
- Server Hardware
- Active Directory
- Cloud and Virtualization
You will have:
- Extensivedemonstrated experiencein working on various Linux flavours especially RHEL SLES and Ubuntu.
- Experience and knowledge in automation Infra as a code platforms like Ansible.
- Linux Server patching knowledge and experience.
- Ability to multitask manage many priorities and deadlines.
