Job Description
Location: This role is hybrid located in the Costa Mesa CA office. This role will require up to 10 of the time to visit customers and teams in Boston Dublin Toronto and London.

We are seeking a Product Designer with a deep passion for crafting exceptional user experiences across a variety of user types and interfaces. In this role you will play a pivotal part to ensure that every touchpointwhether on hardware or digital interfacesenhances usability and performance. Your ability to work in a fastpaced evolving environment and adapt to new challenges will be essential in shaping the future of our global products.
About The Roll*
- Collaborate with UX product management engineering and marketing to understand users translating that understanding into design artifacts that shape thinking and guide development
- Design intuitive experiences across hardware responsive web and native mobile platforms delivering clear and actionable wireframes workflows and prototypes that ensure seamless interaction across physical and digital touchpoints
- Regularly conduct design reviews to obtain feedback iterating on the designs to improve results
- Conduct and support user research studies that generate insights to positively impact product design

- Experience applying holistic design approaches including journey mapping to create cohesive and engaging user experiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment learning quickly and adapting to new challenges.
- Proven experience designing intuitive scalable UI for hardware devices ensuring seamless physicaldigital interactions with a focus on usability accessibility and performance.
- Track record of shipping highquality consumergrade products.
- Strong collaboration communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Figma and other prototyping and design collaboration tools.
- Strong design craft with expertise in rapid prototyping and iteration
