Using a variety of training teaching and motivational techniques this position will create a positive exercise experience. This position is a professional who leads and motivates small groups/individuals through intentionally designed individualized training sessions. They plan effective exercise sciencebased individual sessions for different fitness and experience levels. They also possess a wealth of motivational and leadership techniques that help individuals achieve fitness goals. Trainers know the human body the science of exercise and how to inspire challenge and motivate change in the lives of the people they lead. This position may also assist with teaching F45 and providing health education sessions to members and the OU community. Will also provide facility support and complete other duties as assigned.
