About the role:
- Corporate financing transactions including acquisition financing property financing project financing and commoditybased financing transactions within Australia and internationally.
- Act for borrowers (both major corporations and midcaps) as well as financiers (both domestic and international).
The ideal candidate:
- Associate/Senior Associate 2 PQE) with proven banking and finance transaction experience from either private practice or inhouse.
- Relevant legal qualification/admission with strong academic results;
- Strong communication drafting relationshipbuilding and critical thinking skills;
- The ability and resilience to thrive in fast paced dynamic work environment.
