What to expect
To support our growth we are looking for a highly experienced and industrysavvy Industry Managing Partner to drive the growth of our Consulting & Engineering Services Applications Data & AI) business within the Consumer Goods & Retail sector in Germany. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to clients leveraging deep industry knowledge and a strong network to identify opportunities build strategic relationships and drive business expansion.
Key responsibilities:
- Industry Expertise: Leverage indepth understanding of the German Consumer Goods & Retail market and Consumer Goods & Retail industry value chain to align technology solutions with business challenges.
- Business Growth & Sales Leadership: Drive revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities within the Consumer Goods & Retail sector in Germany.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture Clevel relationships with key customers positioning the company as a strategic partner for their digital transformation journey.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute gotomarket strategies to expand the companys footprint in the Consumer Goods & Retail sector.
- Thought Leadership: Represent the company at industry events conferences and forums to enhance brand visibility and influence market trends.
- Collaboration & Team Leadership: Work crossfunctionally with local market & global Industry teams Offerings and Delivery teams to drive solution adoption and ensure successful customer engagements.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends competitive landscape and customer needs to inform business strategy and solution development.
What do we expect
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the Consumer Goods & Retail sector either within industryleading companies or in Consulting IT Services or Software firms with a strong focus on this domain.
- Solid understanding of technology solutions (Application Data & AI) relevant for the industry.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in business IT or a related field (preferred).
- Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) proficiency in an additional European language is a plus.
