Global Compensation Director needed for a GROWING global company this is a NEW ROLE due to the companys continued growth!
SUMMARY:
Design develop and implement the longterm strategic plan for the companys global compensation programs
Key player in helping to create best in class compensation programs and tools
Reports to the Head of Total Rewards
Leads the global compensation team
Will work closely with company leaders

REQUIREMENTS:
10 years of Compensation experience including a strong background in all aspects of global compensation (i.e. broad based sales/incentive etc. compensation)
Experience leading global compensation teams
Lots of experience working in publicly traded global companies
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
