Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Deal Desk Analyst to support our global sales team in driving deal efficiency and compliance. This role serves as a key advisor and subject matter expert on quote creation pricing commercial terms approval policies and deal escalations. The ideal candidate will work crossfunctionally with Finance Legal and Product teams to ensure seamless of complex deal structures while maintaining scalable operations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the point of contact and subject matter expert on quote/OF creation & questions PO requirements pricing operations approval policies commercial terms and troubleshooting of deal issues and sales escalations
  • Partner with crossfunctional teams including Finance Legal and Product to review or address concerns for nonstandard deal structures
  • Ensure adherence to our quote and approval processes and policies while effectively escalating issues that arise
  • Maintain scalable operations and feedback loop to increase deal velocity and efficiency
  • Proactively review deals upon quote creation until opportunity closure in Salesforce to ensure data accuracy

Qualifications

  • 34 years of experience in a Deal Desk function with a global sales team
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Experience driving nonstandard deals to closure
  • Solid understanding and experience with CPQ (configure price quote) tools
  • Proven ability to own and run complex deals endtoend
  • Selfmotivated critical thinker with prior experience with complex crossfunctional pricing and proposal across Sales Legal and Finance
  • Positive team player and effective communicator with all levels of management and crossfunctional organizations
  • Flexible and supportive in a fastmoving and changing environment
  • Collaborative participation in identifying and suggesting possible resolution in system gaps and processes to better streamline efficient workflow
  • Experience using Salesforce
