About the role:
- Working with two highly experienced and reputable Partners.
- Advising a range of highprofile Australian and multinational clients.
- Be involved in employment work health & safety and industrial matters. such as defending unfair dismissal discrimination claims employment agreements and industrial disputes etc.
The ideal candidate:
- A midsenior lawyer with at least 3 PQE in Employment & Industrial law.
- A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand University underpinned by strong academic records.
- Strong and up to date knowledge of the Fair Work Act and discrimination laws.
- Excellent communication skills commercially astute and confident in front of clients.
