Job Description

Join Amazons Global Logistics team as a Customer Success Manager II and drive transformative improvements for our diverse shipper community. In this pivotal role youll manage highvalue shipper relationships develop datadriven strategies and collaborate across teams to enhance the overall shipping ecosystem. Your expertise will directly impact Amazons shipper success program contributing to our mission of revolutionizing ecommerce supply chains.

Key job responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of highvalue shippers identifying growth opportunities through comprehensive assessments
Develop and implement datadriven strategies to boost shipper performance and product adoption
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design innovative solutions for complex challenges
Analyze and present key performance metrics providing strategic recommendations to stakeholders
Mentor team members and contribute to the evolution of our shipper success program

A day in the life
As a Customer Success Manager II youll start your day reviewing shipper performance data and preparing for strategic meetings. You might collaborate with product teams to address a shippers unique needs then lead a workshop to help a key account optimize their operations. In the afternoon you could mentor a junior colleague analyze program metrics for a leadership presentation or brainstorm new success strategies with your peers. Your day concludes by following up on critical shipper issues ensuring their continued success and satisfaction.

Our vision is to set new industry standards for customer success in the logistics space constantly innovating and adapting to the evolving needs of the global marketplace.

Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Management or related field
4 years experience in customer success consulting or supply chain management
Demonstrated ability to manage complex customer relationships and drive measurable business improvements
Strong analytical skills with experience in datadriven decision making and problemsolving
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools

5 years experience in customer success consulting or supply chain management
Experience working with ecommerce platforms or marketplaces particularly in a B2B environment
Track record of implementing innovative solutions that have significantly improved customer operations or performance
Familiarity with Amazons ecosystem seller/vendor processes or similar complex business environments

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $154000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
