We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead and motivate our sales team. As a Sales Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the daytoday sales operations driving performance and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Your role will involve coaching and mentoring the sales team implementing sales strategies and fostering a positive and productive sales culture. This position requires strong leadership skills a resultsdriven mindset and a proven track record in sales management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead mentor and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals and targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Set clear sales targets objectives and KPIs for the team and monitor their performance.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide ongoing training and coaching to enhance the teams selling skills.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify leads and provide guidance on effective sales techniques.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes policies and best practices within the team.
- Foster a positive sales culture that promotes teamwork collaboration and a customercentric approach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Stay updated with industry trends competitor activities and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance forecasts and market insights.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or in a similar sales management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Solid understanding of sales processes strategies and best practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage a highperforming team.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends related to the companys products and services.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events
