Job Description
Smilie Memorial School. located in Bolton VT is a small closeknit community school nestled in a beautiful rural setting where every child is known valued and celebrated. We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic K4 Multiage Teacher to join our team of passionate educators who believe in the power of relationships community and highquality learning experiences for all students.

Is grounded in mindfulness practices and uses them to support student regulation and wellbeing.
Sees families as essential partners in the learning journey and communicates with warmth clarity and respect.
Collaborates openly and joyfully with colleagues seeking shared wisdom and innovation.
Uses data and reflection to continually refine and improve practice always striving for growth.
Has experience with or a strong desireto learn and deliver literacy programs such as UFLI ARC or OG. Math programs such as IIllustrative or Investigations.
Preferred Experience:
Prior experience in a multiage classroom
Familiarity with traumainformed practices and mindfulness
Implementation of MTSS
