Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans from inception to completion
- Strong background in managing crossfunctional teams including manufacturing quality regulatory packaging engineering and supply chain.
- Monitor project progress and strictly adhere to timelines and budgets
- Ability to effectively communicate with executive leadership external partners and internal technical teams.
- Identify risks and determine mitigation strategies
- Share project updates with collaborators clearly and accurately
Requirements
- 5 or more years proven experience in project management preferably in a scientific or technical environment
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Strong ability to compete and thrive in a fastpaced setting
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Maryland is $75000.00$112500.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
