Environment
Your time at a Protein Facility will keep you focused and on your toes as our Operations Associates find themselves in different temperatures depending on the rotation or task. It can be cold hot wet and even a little messy at times. We work hard for our people our customers and our consumers. As a result you will have the possibility of working varying shift hours 8 to 10hour shifts and even 6day weeks depending on customer demand. As an industry leader its all part of contributing to a successful team that is doing things right reaching higher and putting people first. Your work in these facilities will be vital to our mission of nourishing the world.

Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or completed one or more of the following:
- A Bachelors or Masters degree completed/to be completed between May 2022 Summer 2025or
- An Associates Degree two years relevant work experience (as defined by operational mechanical and/or leadership experience) or
- Achieved E4 rank (or higher) in a military background or
- Four years relevant experience (as defined by operational mechanical and/or leadership experience)
- Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a thirdparty employer
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from a diverse set of backgrounds and cultures
- Willing and able to relocate
- Ability to contribute both as part of a team and individually
- Willingness to work 1st 2nd and 3rd shifts and weekends should the occasional need arise
Preferred Qualifications
Pursuing an agriculture orbusinessrelated degree(including but not limited to Animal Science AgEconomics AgBusiness AgEducation Agronomy Food Science Feed Science Meat Science Operations Management AgSystems Management AgEngineering Supply Chain Mechanized Systems Management Industrial Distribution).
Compensation
The expected salary for this position is $65000. The disclosed salary has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.At Cargill we put people first.
