You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs Senior ServiceNow Admin (all genders) for our ServiceNow Platform (SNP) you will play a crucial role in configuring developing and maintaining our ServiceNow platform ensuring its effective utilisation across the organisation. Your ability to manage complex ServiceNow environments lead system improvements and collaborate with crossfunctional teams will be instrumental in optimising workflows improving service delivery and driving innovation within our company.
Oversee the endtoend operation maintenance and support of the ServiceNow platform ensuring optimal performance availability and system security by managing roles permissions and access controls.
Monitor and troubleshoot system performance proactively implementing solutions to enhance platform stability data integrity and user experience.
Analyze business processes recommending and leading automation workflow optimization and process improvements using ServiceNow to boost operational efficiency.
Conduct health checks manage deployments upgrades and patches to keep the system secure and uptodate while implementing minor enhancements and managing the lifecycle of user stories.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams as the ServiceNow expert to ensure cohesive integration and alignment across initiatives.
You bring 46 years of handson experience as a ServiceNow Administrator with a proven track record of managing and optimising the platform.
You possess deep expertise in JavaScript HTML CSS and other web development technologies enabling you to customise and enhance ServiceNow applications effectively.
You have a strong background in developing and maintaining integrations with thirdparty systems utilising REST/SOAP APIs JDBC LDAP SSO and other relevant protocols to ensure seamless interoperability.
You have an indepth understanding of ServiceNow architecture including database structure and application design allowing you to build and maintain scalable solutions.
You excel in debugging and troubleshooting complex issues within the ServiceNow platform ensuring high system reliability and performance.
You are wellversed in ServiceNow best practices coding standards and security guidelines consistently delivering highquality compliant solutions.
