Duties and Responsibilities
1.*Assist the Director of Experiential Learning in the daytoday operations of the experiential learning program.
2.*Coordinate all program requirements initiatives activities offerings and meetings (including taking minutes of all program meetings).
3.*Produce materials including writing reviewing and disseminating content assisting with website maintenance and publicizing program activities.
4.*Serve as liaison and the first point of contact and communicating with all Law School constituencies.
5.*Maintain files library case management system and resources.
6.*Staff the Clinical Building front desk and reception area including answering and screening calls from students faculty staff clients potential clients courts opposing counsel and the general public and receiving walkins.
7.*Write and manage correspondence.
8.*Assist in arranging program travel and processing reimbursements.
9.*Cosupervise student assistants.
10.Assist in the management of the program budget.
11.*Monitor all Law School events and activities for potential partnership collaboration and conflict.
12.Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
1. Possession of a baccalaureate degree in Business Administration Education Social Science Communication or related field and 0 year(s) of progressively responsible professional experience with responsibilities for program or office administration; or any equivalent combination of education and/or professional work experience that substantially meets the required education knowledge skills and abilities indicated.Desirable Qualifications
1.Experience working in a legal or school setting.
