Job Purpose and Impact

The Sr ServiceNow Application Development Specialist HRSD Lifecycle and Journeys will use specialized knowledge of technical capabilities to interpret business requirements and translate it into new application features using advanced application development skills. In this role you will collaborate with development teams and other staff to set specifications for new and existing applications. You will configure ServiceNow HRSD and ensure smooth stable and timely implementation of the product as well as future optimizations and enhancements.

Key Accountabilities

  • Participate in the implementation of ServiceNows HRSD platform specializing in the configuration of HR Lifecycle and Journeys.

  • Design prototypes implement and test configurations and troubleshoot software applications.

  • Analyze organizational needs end user requirements and requests and existing software structures to identify and create new features that will increase efficiency and optimize functionality.

  • Perform tests to determine usability and catch defects before releasing the application to other internal users.

  • Systemize and coordinate upgrades and updates to minimize downtime allow for continuous integration and ensure the highest priority issues are being addressed.

  • Provide subject matter expertise to design and build models and implement new application functionality that aligns with overall corporate objectives.

  • Collaborate with end users to assess system performance acquire feedback and identify areas where improvements are necessary and incorporate user feedback into forthcoming initiatives to guarantee an optimal user experience.

  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

  • Collaborate with IT teams to manage integrations between ServiceNow SuccessFactors and other HR systems or thirdparty applications.

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • Certification in ServiceNow HRSD.

  • Demonstrated understanding of software design and principles

  • Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow HRSD.

  • Minimum of four years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with software application frameworks or methodologies

  • Experience and/or certifications in other SuccessFactors Modules

The expected salary for this position is $130000$169000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location certifications education and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.

Short Description
