About the Role
The post holder will be a member of our educational based Mental Health Support Teams working in partnership with social care health and education agencies.
To deliver accessible counselling therapeutic and evidenced based interventions for children & young people with a range of emotional & behavioural difficulties. These vulnerabilities may include: Learning difficulties/disability ASD ADHD and/or developmental/conduct disorders. Children and Y/P who may have suffered trauma/abuse/bereavement.
The role will also involve supporting educational colleagues in embedding a whole school approach to mental health with workshops presentations and group work.
