The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have a proven track record in school leadership management or school improvement.
- Be an experienced engaging classroom practitioner with an excellent teaching skillset and a desire to make a real difference to childrens lives.
- Lead manage and motivate staff and pupils.
- Be able to easily build a rapport with children parents governors and the local authority.
