About HSHS Home Care:
HSHS Home Care is a licensed provider serving 37 counties across Central and Southern Illinois. Our dedicated interdisciplinary home care team includes advanced nurse practitioners registered nurses certified nursing assistants licensed social workers physical therapists occupational therapists and speechlanguage pathologists. We focus on helping patients achieve and maintain their highest level of independent living while supporting families in their health journey.
At HSHS Home Care we work closely with patients upon admission to understand their health goals and collaborate with their physicians to tailor a comprehensive care plan. Our services emphasize the prevention of further disability health education and providing appropriate referrals to allied health professionals as necessary. Our mission is to provide compassionate personalized care to improve the wellbeing of every patient we serve.
Education Qualifications
- Eligible to work as a nursing assistant at the affiliate and/or home health care agency as listed on the state Nurse Aide Registry.
Experience Qualifications
- N/A
Certifications Licenses and Registrations
- Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is required.
- Eligible to work as a nurse assistant as indicated with the State Registry.
- Valid state drivers license current automobile insurance and reliable automobile is required.

Pay Range:
$17.00 $23.80A successful candidates actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience skills training certifications and education.
