Facility: Prime Healthcare Saint Joseph Medical Center
Location: Joliet IL

Know Your Rights: Facilities Service Coordinator is responsible for the day to day operations of the dept. on a daily routine basis. The Facilities Service Coordinator works with the department director/manager Administrative team members and department heads to ensure compliance with goals and objectives established by the hospital corporation. Communicate effectively in writing verbally and via telephone with all levels of personnel and visitors. Input and retrieve computerized data.
Qualifications
EDUCATION EXPERIENCE TRAINING
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 3 years experience in secretarial duties or Facilities repair & maintenance operations
- Proficient with computer software (Word Excel Powerpoint Preventative Maintenance System etc)
- Proficient with computer systems related to Security equipment (ID badge & camera systems)
