Amazon Shipping is looking for a leader to join the Supply Chain Strategy & Solutions team in the Transportation Technology Topology and Promise space with a dedicated focus on Amazon Shipping Network Design Governance. You will be a natural selfstarter who is able to drive process and planning improvements to achieve organizational goals and deliver results. This will require a true handson approach solid stakeholder management skills and excellent communication skills.

Key job responsibilities
Launch programmes monitor performance metrics and report on the status of key objectives that affect deliverables
Use data to understand operational challenges and create continuous improvement initiatives
Work with a variety of other Amazon departments to identify and leverage best practices
Within a programme environment lead a multidisciplinary team in overcoming challenges and drive progress
Manage stakeholders and internal processes and define standards
A day in the life
As a Programme Manager you will be responsible for planning implementing and improving initiatives that ensure the smooth running of our operations. Youll work closely with a range of Amazon colleagues to understand how they work and what you and your teams can learn as well as sharing your own expertise. Together youll identify exciting new opportunities and will take the lead when it comes to designing their implementation.
Youll encourage and support your teams and colleagues to meet important deliverables while proactively looking for new databacked ways we could do things better. Your work will be integral to your teams success.
About the team
Amazon Shipping offers Amazons delivery capabilities as a product and service. Amazon Shippings first customers are sellers in the EU offering to ship their domestic volume using our delivery network.
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
Bachelors degree
Experience in program or project management
Experience working cross functionally with tech and nontech teams
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Experience in driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
Experience leading process improvements
Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes project management and schedules
