Job ID: 29464 Naturalist/Program Coordinator (Summer Seasonal)
Agency: Game Fish and Parks
Location: Madison
Minimum Salary: $ 15.34
Closing Date: 05/16/2025
Description:
Develops promotes and presents programs on natural and cultural resources and environmental education. Duties may include staffing the visitor center selling park entrance licenses handing out brochures developing and presenting day and evening programs coordinating special events and presenting living history demonstrations.
General Requirements:
Experience and interest in teaching public speaking and working with children and adults is desirable. Uniforms are provided and employees must comply with uniform dress code. Valid drivers License required.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Public speaking self motivated and able to work alone organization skills and teaching skills.
Other Information:
Housing is available.
Please note this is a temporary or seasonal nonbenefited position exempt from civil service.
