Job Description

Overview

Job Summary:

The Ceramic Department Technician plays an important role to Lamothermics production operations. They work to keep the robotic shell maker running consistently and efficiently. They continuously strive to develop their skillset and have a respect for quality.

Required Skills/Attributes:

  • Selfmotivated
  • Reliable
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.


Salary:

$20.75 / Hour

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED.

Hours:

  • Normal Hours: 2:30 pm 11:00pm EST

*This position requires training on 1st shift 6:30am 3:00pm) for 2 months prior to starting 2rd shift.

Responsibilities

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Load product into robotic dipping equipment.
  • Unload product from robotic dipping equipment.
  • Maintain material levels (Slurry tanks sanders etc.
  • Monitor all aspects of the shelling environment (Temperature Humidity Robot Operation)
  • Maintain clean work environment.

Secondary Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Operate Autoclave
  • Load and unload foundry ovens.
  • Assist in other areas on the facility.
