The Prime Video Personalization & Discovery team is seeking a Senior Product Manager Manager Tech to help deliver superior experiences to Prime Video customers worldwide. You will own a substantial portion of the product strategy and vision and develop product roadmaps to execute on that vision. This role is inherently crossfunctional; you will work closely with engineering project management design operations finance legal business development customer service content acquisition and executive teams to optimize the Prime Video Personalization & Discovery customer experience. We are looking for an analytical datadriven resourceful customer focused individual who also has the ability to work independently but excels as part of a highperforming team. This individual will have a proven track record in taking on endtoend ownership and successfully delivering results in a fastpaced and dynamic environment while keeping customers best interest in mind at all times.
2 years of end to end product delivery experience
5 years of technical product or program management experience
Bachelors degree
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience managing technical products or online services
Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executivelevel prioritization and planning
Experience running experimentation in B2C environments to end customers ideally in an entertainment field.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
