Carpet Cleaner

Job Overview: Our client is seeking to add a detailoriented and hardworking Carpet Cleaner to their team. The Carpet Cleaner will be responsible for cleaning maintaining and restoring carpets rugs and upholstery in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate should be familiar with various cleaning techniques equipment and chemicals to ensure highquality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect carpets rugs and upholstery to determine the best cleaning method.
  • Use steam cleaning shampooing dry cleaning and spot treatments to remove dirt stains and allergens.
  • Operate and maintain carpet cleaning equipment such as steamers extractors and vacuums.
  • Move furniture as needed to ensure thorough cleaning.
  • Apply protective treatments to carpets and upholstery as requested.
  • Identify and report any damages or issues with carpets and furniture.
  • Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocking as necessary.
  • Follow safety guidelines and company policies while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of carpet cleaning experience
  • Knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques equipment and chemicals
  • Physical ability to perform strenuous tasks such as lifting bending and standing for long periods
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Valid drivers license
